The Coach
I grew up in a 120 sq ft home in Mumbai. My father swept roads before the city woke up. I became a Solution Architect at TCS.
And then I nearly lost my health chasing a life I thought I wanted.
11 years in corporate IT. The late nights. The back-to-back meetings. The deadlines that ate my sleep. I fell into smoking, alcohol, and a body I didn't recognise anymore. I looked successful. I felt like I was falling apart.
Fitness didn't just change my physique. It rebuilt me completely. I competed in bodybuilding. Won awards. Got certified as a personal trainer, nutritionist, and Human Performance Coach. And on January 8, 2026 — I left TCS for good.
Not to escape corporate life. But to go back and pull out every professional who is exactly where I was.
